When establishing The Relation Foundation, I took time to pause and pull together the essence of what I believe healthy living entails. I found myself gravitating back toward three central pillars for a thriving life; work, love (relationship), and play (creativity). After over two decades of working with people in a variety of struggles, invariably one or more of these three areas are either out of balance or misguided. When I am able to help an individual or couple find their own unique purpose and balance points, the burdens lift and their full potential is unleashed.
